Chef Henry turns to his childhood home in Alsace for inspiration for this year's Harvest Dinner, with a menu featuring your entree choice of Choucroute Garni or Boeuf Bourguignon!. Join us for a four-course dinner, including a glass of Alsatian or local wine ~ all for $45/person!
Portland's own Justin Franzino will add to the evening, providing classic French cafe music with his accordion.

Yamhill-Carlton District AVA Tasting in Portland:
Held at the stylish and dynamic Gerding Theater at the Portland Armory - over thirty Y-C AVA wineries poured selections from estate vineyards and other sites within the AVA; Cuvée was delighted to participate in this event showcasing the
'taste of the place!' Over 500 attendees agreed as well.

Carlton's Walk in the Park Even though the weather was quite warm, we had a terrific turnout for Carlton's favorite summer event of art, music, food and wine. We're happy to be part of an event that has such a positive impact on the Yamhill and Carlton communities. To the left, Chef Henry lays down a solid rhythm and harmonic structure on the pizza paddle to entertain friends between orders of his delicious Tarte Flambée! The IPNC is the crown jewel of annual wine events in Oregon, with a three day focus on Pinot Noir, including wine-tasting with producers from around the globe, seminars, fantastic lunches and dinners. Walk in the Park: 02 + 03 August 2008 What a terrific event! The weather was perfect, thousands of people enjoyed the art and music that filled Wennerberg Park - and Cuvée happily provided both sweet and savory crêpes to attendees. Proceeds from this event benefit local civic and social services in the Carlton and Yamhill communities - many thanks to all who attended, and to those who visited our booth in the Food Court! |

Bastille Day Celebration: 12 + 13 July 2008 Friends stormed Carlton and joined us for a wonderful evening in the wine country to celebrate the Fête Nationale. Most took advantage of the dinner special which featured a glass of French sparkling wine to start the evening, and a choice of Bouillabaisse or Cassoulet for dinner. And Portland’s own Justin Franzino (and his accordian!) provided the perfect café touch of musical accompaniment. Stay tuned... we had so much fun with this special event, we're already planning the next one!
